I think insanity defense is good because you can be so insane that you don't know right from wrong or anything but i don't think it should be used for people like a wife finding her husband cheating on her and killing the husband only people who are chemically imbalanced and are are really screwed up in the head. in some criminal cases like the one we read about but for people who are normal but not at the time of the crime. insanity is when there is something wrong in the head like when there is not a right amount of chemicals in your body like bipolar schizophrenia extreme cases like that. i believe that what they did was right in sending her to a maximum security insane place but that's were she should stay unless she shows major improvement and then when shes normal she will still have to live with the fact that she killed her kids which should make her depressed or crazy again so she should always have someone watching her or see a shrink everyday to see whats up.

well i think we should just stop crime by making it all legal.
there would be no crime but allot of bad things would happen everybody would be doing crack but there would be no crime murder would still be a crime. some litmatations would be your still cant rob or steal or hurt anyone.
